If you are computer monitor arm Suppliers like most people, when you decided to build your website you considered, how it will look, and then changed your mind; you also considered what content you found necessary and then added to that; you looked over it with a fine tooth comb and said okay its ready. But is it really?

Yes, you may have a very nice website, chocked full of great products that "everyone" needs.  But how do you get people to your website?  And how do you convert those visitors?

The key is building an organic SEO website.  Getting organic visitors are the most highly targeted visitors you will ever get, thus making them more highly qualified and more highly converting than any other visitors you can get.  Hands down, organic SEO marketing is the best and most cost effective method to grow your business because people "find" you.  Once you have organic search engine ranking, you have little to no ongoing marketing costs.

There are many methods you can use to build an organic SEO website, and there are a wide variety of tools on the internet that help you.  But you should make organic SEO a design from the very beginning, because in the long run it will provide a higher chance of success.  It will also jumpstart building your successful online business.

While you may understand that you need to use organic SEO practices to have your website highly optimized, where do you start?  There are a number of steps:

1) Keyword selection - The single most important aspect of your business.  Choose wisely.  And here's a hint, don't choose the most competitive keyword for your subject, there's way too much competition.  You can find a number of keyword tools and websites that help you select the right keywords.

2) Onpage optimization - Make sure you follow standard SEO practices.  Make your title for each page unique, optimize each page with the best keywords for that page, bold your keywords in the text, use an H1 tag, use a description that incorporates your keywords, etc.  While this will not get you all the way to the #1 position in Google, it is icing on the cake for the other things you do for organic SEO.

3) Offpage Optimization - I hated the idea of writing articles, and put it off for months.  Funny thing, I noticed almost instant results once I started writing articles.  Now it's a big part of my organic SEO strategy.  The reason are twofold: a) these articles create backlinks to my website and get propogated around the internet (creating more backlinks which Google loves), and 2) readers of my articles click on my website to get more information. So for 30 minutes of work, I get a large number of backlinks and direct clicks to my website.  What a great investment of time.

4) Directory Submission - This is so simple to do that it's hard to believe more people don't do it.  Take four hours and get your website listed.  Or, you can hire someone to do it for you.  It will make a huge difference in getting your website properly indexed in Google.

5) Monitor your progress - There are countless number of tools that can help you monitor your website traffic, alexa ranking, Google page rank, and other metrics you need to manage.  You can visit HomeBizOutlook to see some of these great SEO tools.
